Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern use of the Shenra customer portal and AI office assistant (“Service”) between Danny Reich, Coburg (“Provider”) and the customer.

2. Service

The Provider supplies a personal AI assistant (e.g. via Telegram) and a customer portal for configuration and management. Features follow the product description and chosen plan.

3. Contract and onboarding

Registration creates a user account. Full assistant access requires confirmed payment and a completed profile (legal name and address). The customer must provide truthful information.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown in the portal apply. Payments are by bank transfer using the given details and reference. The service period starts when the Provider confirms payment. No VAT is charged (German small-business exemption under § 19 UStG).

5. Customer duties

The customer provides correct credentials (e.g. email/IMAP, Telegram bot token where required) and keeps passwords secret. Misuse via leaked customer credentials is the customer’s responsibility unless the Provider acted with gross negligence.

6. Availability

The Provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 service. Maintenance and third-party outages (Telegram, hosting, AI infrastructure) may affect the Service.

7. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for essential contractual duties, life, body, health, or mandatory statutory liability. The Service does not replace legal, tax or medical advice.

8. Termination

The contract runs for the purchased period. Access may be suspended afterwards if no follow-up payment is confirmed. Extraordinary termination for cause remains unaffected.

9. Changes

The Provider may update these Terms for the future and will inform customers appropriately. Unless the customer objects within a reasonable period, the updated Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Coburg where permitted. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
