• Address data: street, postal code, city, country (for contract and billing)
• Usage data: login sessions, language preference, assistant settings
• Payment data: plan, invoice amounts, payment status (we do not store your full bank details from bank transfers)
• Support: messages in the support system
• Technical data: IP address and server logs as usual for operational security

3. Purposes and legal bases

Processing is for contract performance (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (c), and security / abuse prevention based on legitimate interests (f).

4. Storage and security

Passwords are stored only as hashes. Personal data is processed on servers in the EU or under appropriate safeguards. Access is limited to authorized persons.

Data is shared with third parties only as needed for contract, hosting, email delivery or legal duties, or where you have consented.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for the business relationship and statutory retention periods. After account deletion, data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.
